Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase and your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Please contact us at hello@hisempoweredkids.com to start the return process. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please include the original order number, your name, email, and phone number with your return. Please retain a copy of the tracking number for your return reference. Items sent back to us WITHOUT first requesting a return will not be accepted. A full refund of the purchase price will be issued as a STORE CREDIT, which can be used for any of the items in our store. You will receive an email with confirmation once we receive the returned item and we process your refund.
